What can I expect from becoming a member of Independent Martial Arts Association?

Below are some guideline's describing exactly what Martial Arts entails:

  • You do not have to be fit to start off with - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
  • Classes are separated according to age and level of ability, but we also encourage the family to train together by having a family class.

  • Life skills are taught such as confidence, courage, assertiveness, self-discipline, perseverance and commitment.
  • Personal attention is given to every student.
  • Your confidence will grow week by week.
  • Children show an overall improvement in mental discipline and concentration.
