- You do not have to be fit to start off with - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
- Classes are separated according to age and level of ability, but we also encourage the family to train together by having a family class.
- Life skills are taught such as confidence, courage, assertiveness, self-discipline, perseverance and commitment.
- Personal attention is given to every student.
- Your confidence will grow week by week.
- Children show an overall improvement in mental discipline and concentration.
